We are all Victims!

Written by Malene

It has come to my attention, that I am putting people off by my ‘closed minded’ way of thinking and writing.

I am putting people off by perceiving the empath ability as something which can be controlled. … Perhaps combined with my obnoxious self confidence on this matter… And my tendency to think that I have found the golden seeds of brilliant thoughts, that too may tricker the aversions with some people. I agree, I am an off putting empath-blogger.

However, it does have an interest to me, that my way of thinking trickers some people into responding aggressively, whereas others responds are fairly positive.

In order to be more ‘open minded’ I am to include the belief, that empathy is not something which can be controlled. Or at least I should consider the possibility that some empaths are not meant to control their ability, as we are all individuals. Depending on how well you know me and my perceptions of the empath ability, you may have noticed the impossibility of this request.

I am to include the belief, that empaths are victims of their ability, into my perception that they are not. So I will…

We are all victims!

We did not ask to be put into this world, we did not ask for our parents to fuck up, and (for the empaths only) we did not ask for the ability to feel other peoples emotions. It is true! We are victims of life.

You may now feel happily depressed again.

Biologically, we cannot be “in protection” and “in love” at the same time – the immune system cannot do that. So… I think nature agrees with you :-)

Protection is certainly ok as we need it – that IS personally directed. But to advise people to consider their belief (and, thus, their perception) that they must necessarily be a victim of themselves is only compassionate. So I don’t know what to say to you except…good job. You made the most luminous point (in my perception) that I have seen giving me a great introduction to the empathsalike.com environment.

    Be well.

    Hi London,

Thank you so much for stopping by! ;-)
And thank you for your compliment, I do very much appreciate it (and I really hope, you got my message, I keep getting those error messages from the tribe every time I try to do anything but post topics)

But I think, I must warn you, that my posts are not exactly representative for the environment on the tribe. I do get some rather harsh feedback in messages from people who do not approve of my perception. But all things considered it is probably the most lenient forum towards new ideas.

I can also recommend empathcommunity.ning.com, if you want to dig further into the empath communities. There is a great deal of activity at least, and in many ways there are different approaches to the empath ability. Elise, who created the community, has her own “program” for new empaths, which I largely disagree with (and the way new people are being more or less indoctrinated by the perceptions arrived from it), but other than that it is actually ok.

    Again, Thank you!
